The EFS series utilizes advanced switching topologies with a fixed switching frequency of 100KHz to gain a power density exceeding 8W/in3, setting the standard for medium range power products. The supplies feature universal AC input (85 to 264VAC) with active power factor correction (EN61000-3-2 Class D compliant) and protection against over temperature, over current and over voltage conditions. Selected models are available with a 48 VDC input range (36~75 VDC) for Telecom applications. Standard features include: remote inhibit, power good, remote sense, single-wire active current-share and internal OR’ing function for N+1 parallel-redundant operation. All models are CE marked and certified to EN60950, UL60950 and meet EN55022 class B emissions (with an external filter). The EFS series Single Output models provide output voltages of 5 / 12 / 24 / 28 / 48 VDC with MTBF’s of more than 300,000 hours and and are ideal for a wide range of applications to include: Telecom (IBA), Industrial, Military COTS, Medical and Scientific Instrumentation.
